As an ERP Migration Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering our organization through a comprehensive migration project from Navision to Infor M3. This role is based in Denmark, but with the understanding that your physical presence in the country may not be required extensively. The project is under the umbrella of a Swedish parent company, providing a dynamic and collaborative multinational environment.

• Manage end-to-end ERP migration project from Navision to Infor M3.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruptions to business operations.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Act as a liaison between the Danish subsidiary and the Swedish parent company, ensuring alignment with overarching goals and strategies.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management for the migration project.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders at various levels.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on ERP migrations.
• Prior experience in managing migrations from Navision to Infor M3 is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the intricacies of ERP systems and their integration into business processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with international teams.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally to Denmark and work closely with the Swedish parent company.
